Property Access
Guided access to designated photography spots across the ranch grounds during your booked session.
Ranch Host on Site
A ranch team member will be present to guide you through the property and assist with animal interactions.
Bring Your Own Photographer
IPHR provides the stunning setting — you bring your photographer or take your own photos freely throughout the session.
Animal Time (Optional)
Choose the Photo Session with Animals for supervised time with the ranch animals — perfect for genuine, natural encounters in your photos.
Flexible Duration
Book 1 to 4 hours — $75 per hour, or $125 per hour with animals — so you have time to capture every moment you envision.
Water & Refreshments
Complimentary water and light refreshments provided for all guests during your photo session at the ranch.

How Booking a Photo Op Works
Everything happens online in a few minutes. No waiting for a call back.
Choose Your Session
Pick the Photo Session or the Session with Animals, choose how many hours, and see the full price before you pay.
Pick a Date & Time
Choose from the open weekday times on our live calendar, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Sign & Reserve
Sign the visitor waiver on screen and pay a 20% deposit to lock in your session. You get a confirmation email right away.
Arrive & Capture
We email a secure link for the balance the day before. Then show up ready to create — your host will guide you through every spot.
Good to Know
Before You Book Your Photo Op
A few things that help your session go smoothly.
Rate
$75 per hour, or $125 per hour with animals. Sessions run 1 to 4 hours — most guests book 1 to 2.
By Appointment Only
Sessions are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Book at least 2 days ahead online; during busy seasons like spring graduations, we recommend booking a week or more early.
Photographer
IPHR provides the location — you are welcome to bring your own professional photographer or take photos yourself during the session.
Group Size
Sessions welcome individuals, couples, families, and small groups of up to 15 people. For larger groups, call us and we'll help you plan.
Payment & Rescheduling
A 20% non-refundable deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due the day before. To reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours ahead.
What to Wear
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended. Dress for the weather — sessions take place primarily outdoors on ranch grounds.
