A 20% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The balance is due the day before your visit, and we email you a secure payment link that morning. To reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours ahead. Visits are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, by appointment. For large groups, we recommend booking at least two weeks ahead.
