Welcome to Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch (“IPHR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website at iphranch.com or placing an order through our farm store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, browsing our store, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch is a working farm and some products may be seasonal or limited in supply. We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantities of any product available for purchase
• Discontinue any product at any time without prior notice
• Substitute a product of equal or greater value if the ordered item is unavailable, with prior notice to the customer

Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, size, or weight due to the natural nature of farm produce.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• GCash and Maya (Philippine digital wallets)
• Cash on delivery (for eligible delivery areas)
• Cash on pickup

All payments must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched, except for cash on delivery orders.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or third-party courier issues.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery or pickup.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our farm products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged or spoiled upon delivery
• Significantly different from what was described
• Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via our contact page or phone. Cancellation requests made after this window may not be accommodated.

8. Farm Visits and Events

If you visit the ranch for tours, workshops, or events, you do so at your own risk. Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit. Visitors are expected to follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from ranch staff at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
