Accident Waiver & Release of Liability

I, as the person submitting this form, HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS on behalf of myself and all visitors listed in Section 2, OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the individual person(s) or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability under the laws of the State of Texas without fault being assigned to them either individually or collectively.

In the event the participant is a minor or is an adult individual that has a legal guardian, I assume all risks stated above in my capacity as the guardian of the participant.

1. I certify that I am physically fit, that I have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and that I have not been advised by a qualified medical professional to not participate in this activity.

2. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.

3(a). I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including any injury or damage that may be incurred by me during my traveling to and from this activity, Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch and/or their directors, officers, shareholders, members, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents.

3(b). I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned above from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

3.1 I acknowledge that the released parties are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, and acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.

3.2 I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.

4. I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

5. The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable Texas law.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

Section 5 — Photo & Video Consent

I hereby give permission to Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch to photograph and/or film me while I am on the property or engaged in ranch-related activities. I understand the images may be used for advertising, promotional materials, websites, social media, printed materials, or any lawful promotional purpose.

I further acknowledge:
• The ranch owns all rights to photos/videos taken.
• Images may be edited, reproduced, and shared without limitation.
• I will not receive compensation.
• I release the ranch, its owners, and staff from all claims related to the use of my image or voice.
• Consent may be revoked in writing for future use only.
• This release is legally binding under Texas law.
• I will not photograph the ranch, animals, etc. without prior consent from the owner.
