Doc's Dairy Farm is one of the three dedicated farm operations under Inner Peace & Happiness Ranch in Coldspring, Texas — named in honor of its founder, Dr. Rosalind Smith, whose commitment to natural living and wholesome food runs as deep as her roots in this community.
Every product from Doc's Dairy Farm begins with one simple principle: what goes into the animal directly affects what comes out. Our cows are grass-fed, non-GMO fed, given regular veterinary care, and raised with the same intentional stewardship we bring to every corner of the ranch.

Jersey cows are celebrated for producing milk with exceptionally high butterfat content — the richest, creamiest dairy available. And with her A2A2 genetic designation, Bella's milk is among the most digestible, making it the ideal choice for families, children, and those sensitive to conventional A1 dairy.
Bella recently welcomed a new calf — a meaningful milestone that marks the beginning of a growing herd and an expanding dairy future for the ranch.

What Makes A2A2 Dairy Different?
Most commercial dairy in the US comes from A1 cows. Doc's Dairy Farm produces A2A2 dairy exclusively — and for many families, the difference is remarkable.

Raw milk sales in Texas are regulated by state law. Doc's Dairy Farm is in the process of completing all required licensing and certifications to legally offer raw milk products to our customers. We are committed to full compliance — and we look forward to making our raw dairy available very soon.
