Parking on Property
Ample on-property parking available for guests. Larger events can be coordinated with our team in advance.
Accessible Facilities

The Event Center
A versatile indoor event space with flexible floor layout, optional equipment setup including projector and sound, and add-on services available. Ideal for meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, and family celebrations.
Outdoor Rustic Kitchen & Fire Pit
Camp-style open-air cooking setup with a wood-fired pizza oven, open fire pit, and open-air seating surrounded by nature. Perfect for BBQ gatherings, cooking classes, and intimate outdoor celebrations.
The Greenhouse
A lush botanical setting surrounded by living plants and natural light — perfect for intimate celebrations, bridal and baby showers, small parties, and photography sessions in a uniquely beautiful environment.
Open Ranch Grounds
Wide open outdoor space under the Texas sky — available for larger outdoor events including family reunions, community picnics, outdoor weddings, and celebrations that need room to breathe and grow.
How Booking an Event Works

Submit Your Inquiry
Fill out the booking form with your event date, time, guest count, and any special requests.
We Confirm the Details
Our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm availability, discuss pricing, and finalize the plan.
Host Your Event
Arrive on the day and let the ranch do the rest. Your space will be set, your host will be ready.
Before You Book Your Event
Availability
Event spaces are available by appointment only. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for larger events to ensure your preferred date is secured.
Guest Count
Each space has a maximum capacity noted above. Please confirm your expected guest count before submitting your inquiry so we can recommend the right space.
Pricing
Event pricing is discussed during your confirmation call and varies based on space selection, event duration, guest count, and any add-on services.
Catering
Outside catering is welcome. The ranch also offers optional farm-fresh catering add-ons. Please discuss catering needs during your consultation call.
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled event if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
